Exact-Scheduling is a complete manpower scheduling software. This module offers automatic simplified shift scheduling, generating a visual display and a set of printed reports, according to the user criteria: shift by department, sub department, work task, seniority, etc. The software can also handle the high number of current shift changes.

Displayed on the screen as colour visual grids and exposing at a glance the scheduling for a period of time (usually a week), Exact-Scheduling allows instantaneous user intervention relating to constant changes (replacing the absences, shift change requests, spontaneous requirement for department or task transfers, etc.). Based on the complete information available on the screen, the user can modify the shift according to the automatic suggestions proposed by the system. The system considers the availability, skills, seniority and other human resource factors involved in replacing manpower.

Exact-Scheduling proposes a large variety of reports, including budgets for the number of hours as well as manpower, position, period of time and department. It allows full control over the scheduling, budget and human resources. The integration of this module to the Exact-Time module will permit the generation of comparative budget versus reality reports.

In theory, this application applies to all workplaces where there is a shift scheduling problem for complex working environments, related to a high rate of personnel transfer, floating shifts, and constant in-out of employees.
