Mr. Rancourt is a business executive with more than two decades of professional experience. Throughout his career, he has held a number of managerial positions within the technology industry. He brings his experience and expertise in analysis and sales to the role of president of MPEX Business Solutions Inc., a trusted provider of workforce software and turnkey solutions. In addition to overseeing all aspects of his company, Mr. Rancourt develops software for payroll and human resource applications.
Mr. Rancourt co-founded MPEX Business Solutions in 2009. Ten years prior, he co-founded Exactsoft Inc. and went on to serve as its president. Having studied technology and robotics at the college level, he attributes his success to his clear vision, perseverance and work ethic. Aside from work, Mr. Rancourt enjoys sailing in his spare time. He also sponsors local baseball teams.
